Partnership Degree Program

Pursuit College holds an articulation agreement with Faith International University (FIU*) allowing students to transfer credits earned at Pursuit College into a degree program at FIU.

Students who do not seek an accredited degree from FIU will still gain valuable knowledge, academic study, and practical ministry skills at Pursuit College while being spiritually formed in a thriving church community. Upon completion of year one of Pursuit College, students will receive a Certificate of Christian Ministry (C.C.M.). Upon completion of year two at Pursuit College, students will receive an Associate of Christian Ministry degree (A.C.M.). Completing Pursuit College’s two-year program can lead to recognition through ministerial licensure and ordination, as well as consideration for an invite-only ministry placement internship and potential employment opportunities.

Accredited degree-seeking students can earn an accredited bachelor’s degree through our partnership with FIU — by completing courses at Pursuit College and additional online courses through dual-enrollment with FIU. For additional clarification about the dual-enrollment program, reach out to FIU. Eligible students can also earn master’s and doctoral degrees. Students who wish to focus solely on their Pursuit College studies can transfer to FIU at a later time. For information on degrees offered by FIU, visit their website at www.faithiu.edu/academics

Students of Pursuit College will receive the following benefits through FIU:

  • Transfer up to 45 undergraduate credits from Pursuit College to FIU. (Students who already have a bachelor’s degree may qualify for Advanced Standing at the master’s level.)

  • The opportunity to earn additional credits through the Accelerated Degree Pathway (for undergraduate only)

    • Ministry Portfolio - up to 20 credits (while paying for one 5 credit course) may be awarded credit by the review of a ministry portfolio submitted by the student. A Ministry Portfolio details and explains the life-long learning the Lord has placed in the student’s lives as it relates to ministry.

    • OT/NT Comprehensive Overview - up to 15 credits (while paying for one 5 credit course) in OT and up to 15 credits (while paying for one 5 credit course) in NT may be awarded via exam (a maximum of 30 credits).  Students may earn this credit by testing out of a biblical knowledge exam in the Old Testament and the New Testament.

  • Receive at least a 33% scholarship (bachelor’s through doctoral).
